But the socialization has been wonderful - the kids are not afraid to talk to anyone young or old. They know how to be polite and respectful and accept other's differences. I know that if they were at school they may have more friends (might not it is not a guarantee afterall) but they would also be exposed to bullying, teasing, peer pressure, fads, cliques, and questioning their own likes and dislikes. There might also be exposure to bad language, drugs, alcohol, sex, and more that seems to be more of in school-going kids. Is it because of the need to be cool all the time? I don't know. I just know that I am happy with the socialization my kids are getting even if it would be nice if they could socialize more. :)Niqihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10349149882737430405noreply@blogger.com
